Features
Material: Wall-mounted enclosure: 1.5 mm sheet steel. Gland plate: 1.4 mm sheet steel. Door: 2 mm sheet steel. Mounting plate: 2 mm galvanized sheet steel / 2.5 mm 1001030 and higher.
Body: Folded and seam-welded. Four 8.5 mm diameter holes for wall mounting with 20.4 mm diameter and 2 mm deep recesses are drilled into the rear panel to allow air circulation in the rear part of the cabinet.
Door: Surface-mounted with a 130° opening angle. Concealed, removable hinges with secured pins. Welded M6 bolts inside for mounting door profiles (accessories). Two removable mounting profiles are provided on the right door and two on the left door. Sealing is ensured by a continuously foamed polyurethane gasket.
Locking: Double-bit lock for easy door opening, 3 mm lock insert with a 90° closing angle. 3-point locking rod. Other lock inserts are available as accessories.
Mounting plate: The mounting plate has markings at 10 mm intervals for easier positioning of components on the mounting plate. Holes for cable attachment are provided at the top and bottom. The mounting plate is mounted on welded M8 bolts on the rear of the enclosure. From 800 mm, all sides are reinforced by bevels.
The mounting plate is fully depth-adjustable with the accessory kit (accessory).
Flange opening: Positioning it far back in the wall-mounted enclosure ensures easy cable entry.
Protection class: IP 55 | TYPE 12 | IK 10. For outdoor use, the use of the rain cover (accessory) and a 100% polyester paint finish plus anti-corrosive primer is recommended.
Corrosion resistance must be considered for both outdoor and indoor applications.
Finish: RAL 7035, textured powder coating.
Scope of delivery: Control cabinet with doors and mounting plate. Two door mounting profiles on each door. Flange plate(s) with seal(s), double-bit metal key (3 mm), and mounting accessories. Earthing devices.
