MKS compact single-door sheet steel enclosure

The MKS series of compact, single-door sheet steel enclosures (IP 55 rated) is available off-the-shelf in a wide range of sizes. This enclosure series is well-suited for many different applications. The risk of component failure—and associated unnecessary downtime—is prevented, as water and dust cannot penetrate the enclosure.

Material: Body: 1.35 mm painted sheet steel. Rear panel and roof: 1.5 mm painted sheet steel. Door: 2 mm painted sheet steel. Mounting plate: 3 mm galvanized sheet steel. Bottom plates: 1 mm galvanized sheet steel. 
Body: Quadruple-folded and seam-welded; integrated double-row hole pattern allows for depth adjustment of the mounting plate. Door: Mounted with reversible hinges for right- or left-hand opening; includes a door mounting frame with a 25 mm hole pattern.
Rear panel: Secured with M6 Torx screws; interchangeable with a rear door.
Roof plate: Removable.
Locking system: Four-point rod lock with 3 mm DIN double-bit insert. Swing handle; T-handle, profile half-cylinder, Euro-cylinder, and other inserts available as accessories.
Bottom plates: Three-part design.
Mounting plate: Double-folded edges. Continuously adjustable in depth in 25 mm increments using accessory MPD02. Mounted outside the enclosure packaging.
Earthing: All panels are earthed via the mounting assembly and also equipped with an earthing stud.
Surface finish: RAL 7035, textured powder coating.
Protection rating: Complies with IP 55 | TYPE 12 | IK 10.

MKD Compact Sheet Steel Single Enclosure (Double-Door)

The MKD series of compact sheet steel enclosures with double doors is ideal for installation in confined spaces where single-door enclosures would require too much clearance in front of the unit when opened. Door load-bearing capacity is also increased, as the load is distributed across two doors. With an IP 55 protection rating, internal components are well protected, making the enclosure suitable for a wide range of applications. Industry Standards: cULus_UL Listed, CE, UK CA, UL, EAC
